If you are an entrepreneur, you will most likely have a website for your brand. You might be a blogger, a freelance writer, or web designer.
Are you looking to start a blog?

Handle your bookkeeping with Quickbooks.
You might find updating your website fun but sometimes it can also be overwhelming and you might put it off. There are some reasons you might need to update it:
Your voice has evolved. As we write, we grow and become a better writer. This can mean your blog needs serious updates if you look at really old posts.
Your goals change. You might have switched up services your offer, made some digital products, etc.
You determine your ideal audience is different. You thought you were writing to one person and you realized you are targeting someone else entirely. This is okay but means you strategies probably need to change.
You determine another way would be more effective. You discover a strategy that will lead to more sales.
If you don’t want to make changes all at once, you could make a monthly reminder. You can easily set this up on your Google calendar. It’s a great first step but it won’t do any good unless you actually make changes when you get the reminder.
You might also want to clean up some things quickly. Make sure your major goals are supported and that your ideal audience will not be distracted from your content. You need to view your website from the point of view of your target client and make sure they will be pushed to subscribe to your email list or purchase your services or products.
Updating your website can be a lot of work. However, as a creative business owner, a great website is generally where your bread and butter comes from and you need to make sure it is as great as possible.
